To get the best results with your MIST-PRO kit, follow these proven application tips:
1. Check the Weather
Do not spray if rain is expected within 48 hours, as rainfall can wash away insecticide.
2. Choose the Right Time of Day
Apply during the hottest part of the day when mosquitoes are hiding deep inside plants and under leaves.
3. Wear Proper Protection
Always use PPE such as an N95 or better mask, safety glasses, long sleeves, and pants.
Make sure children and pets are indoors during application and keep them out of treated areas for at least one hour afterward.
4. Prepare and Mix Correctly
Fill your tank halfway with water, then add insecticide according to the product’s instructions.
Top off with water to the final fill line and gently agitate the tank to mix.
5. Apply in the Right Areas
Focus mist inside, around, and under dense ground cover, shrubs, small trees, and the underside of decks or porches.
Target shady, moist areas where mosquitoes are most likely to hide.
Apply from the ground up to about 6–8 feet for complete coverage.
For higher areas, rest the blower on your thigh and pivot upward to reduce arm fatigue.
6. Stay Consistent
Reapply every 3 weeks or when you notice mosquito activity.
Avoid spraying bodies of water and flowering plants to protect pollinators.
